What is your Exchange Policy?
We offer exchange up to 7 days after your item has been delivered. If 7 days have lapsed since your delivery, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind. To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not accept returns of refunds.
Please contact us directly via email or Instagram to arrange for an exchange. Any mailing fee will be borne by the customer. We highly recommend tracked postage to avoid lost packages.
What if I received a defective item?
Please drop us an email or DM via Instagram. Kindly include your order number, description of the product, and photos to match. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible for an exchange. Kindly do not return any defective item to us prior to contacting us.
Should the item truly be defective or incorrect, we will refund you your original delivery.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please check your order status. If your order has not been shipped, quickly drop us an email or DM via Instagram for us to amend your original address. If your order has been shipped - we're really sorry! - we cannot offer any refunds.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
We will only use traceable postage/delivery services. Should the item be confirmed as delivered to the address indicated on your order, we will not be liable for any parcel lost. However, if we had made a mistake in delivery by deliciting to the incorrect address, we will resend your order for free.
